Inbound call rates vary based on caller location and answering point. Advertised rates may change without notice and are for new On-Net customers. Off-Net rates may be slightly higher. A minimum charge of 15c applies on all inbound calls to 1800 numbers. A $19 setup fee applies to each new inbound number. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO term contracts . We require 1 calendar months notice if you are changing carriers or closing your account. Current rates are only for new customers applying via this website. Services are only available to credit approved customers who pay by Direct Debit. Not applicable for existing customers or competitors. Includes standard level of routing/barring.
